Exam Prep Products Scholarship
NAON and ONCB jointly sponsor a scholarship specifically for orthopaedic nursing certification preparation materials. The ONC scholarship award includes one copy of the current Core Curriculum for Orthopaedic Nursing, courtesy of NAON, and a bundle of five online ONC practice examinations provided by ONCB. The ONP-C scholarship award comprises the OONP Online Review Course courtesy of NAON, and a bundle of five online ONP-C practice exams provided by ONCB. To promote the value of certification and NAON membership, awards are available only to non-certified NAON members.

The AOA’s Own the Bone Program
2025 Virtual Own the Bone Symposium
Co-provided by the AOA’s Own the Bone Program and NAON, this three-part virtual event highlights how bone health evaluation and management can help to improve patient outcomes both post-fracture and prior to elective spine and total joint procedures.
Held over 3 distinct sessions on Friday, May 16th, Thursday, May 22nd, and Wednesday May 28th, 2025, participants will hear from expert faculty about program models, structuring consult notes and executing lab work-ups, bone health assessment techniques, pharmacologic treatment, and more. Knowledgeable speakers will share their expertise, and participants will have opportunities to engage in Q&A, discussion, and patient case studies.
Participants can join live on Zoom Webinar, or watch on-demand recordings, and earn up to 7.5 CNE credit hours for full participation in this event.
